David Schreiber serves as the executive vice president for Somerset Development and has been with the company for 12 years. He joined Somerset as a field supervisor and oversaw the construction of approximately 30 homes a year. During his tenure, more than 1,000 homes have been built by Somerset.

David’s responsibilities include overseeing the entire construction process, coordinating sales and management personnel and schedules through project completion. In addition to the nine communities that Somerset has completed or is currently constructing, David also was instrumental in the construction of many community projects in Lakewood.

David has received degrees from Beth Madrosh Gavoa in Lakewood and Beth Moshe in Scranton, Pa.
